Delegates have to share the expenses
by contribution. Expenses will cover accommodation for 6 nights and
7 days, inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea and coffee during
the sessions.
All delegates have to stay at Sterling Resort, Darjeeling for 3 nights
and 3 days and for Post Conference programme at Hotel Rendezvous or
at Hotel Chumbi Residency or at The Himalayan Heights Hotel, in Gangtok
(Sikkim) for 3 nights and 4 days.
The transport will be provided for all delegates to travel from Darjeeling
to Gangtok on 9th November, 2005 by the organizers. All other traveling
for Sight Seeing, Local transport, travel from Air Port/Railway station
to the hotel and back etc. will have to be borne by the delegates
individually.

The concessional rate will not be applicable
to the New Forum Members who are enrolled after 31st
May, 2005.
If you are optioning the double
or triple occupancy, kindly
give the name of the room partner with whom you are sharing the room.
Please note that Hotel rates quoted above are highly
concessional and special rate
given to the Forum by the Hotel Managements. The actual rack rate of the Hotel
for only stay, (without food) is Rs. 2,500/-
per day per person in November month which is Peak Tourist
Season, for double occupancy which works out to be Rs. 30,000/- without food
for 7 days whereas we are getting the same for Rs. 17,600/-
for Double occupancy for 7 days with food. The designated hotels are
five star facility hotels. Sterling Resort is
one of the best Hotels in Darjeeling. The Hotel Rendezvous,
Hotel Chumbi Residency and The Himalayan Heights Hotel at Gangtok (Sikkim)
are other best hotels and we are sure that you will definitely enjoy your
stay. We would like to state that the rooms in these hotels will be allotted
to the delegates on first come first served basis on full payment along with
registration.

Delegates
and their guests will be issued “ Delegate-card
” and “ Guest-Card
”.
| Cancellation
of Participation : |
Please note that once the delegates
are registered for the seminar, the registration fees of Rs. 1,500/- will
not be refunded under any circumstances.
If the delegate is canceling the participation
he has to intimate Forum’s office on or before 30th
September, 2005 for refund of the seminar charges, failing
which the seminar charges will not be refundable under any circumstances.
However mutual transfers of seminar charges between delegates are allowed.
| Payment
of Seminar Fees : |
The payment of Registration fees should be made by Demand
Draft or Cheque. Payment by Bank draft would be preferable.
The Demand Draft/Cheque may
be kindly, drawn in favour of “ Forum
of Indian Gemmologists for Scientific Studies ”, payable
at Mumbai. Outstation cheque,
please add Rs. 200/- towards clearing charges.

Last Date of registration is 30th
September, 2005. The Registration will be done on first-come-first
served basis.
Note :
Due to overwhelming response at the IGS- 4 at Udaipur,
IGS- 5 at Orissa & IGS - 6 at Khajuraho (Madhya Pradesh) the last moment
registrations could not be accommodated. Therefore to avoid
disappointment kindly register your name at the earliest.
