| PAPER PRESENTATION : |
Delegates are invited to present papers at the Seminar. The maximum time allotted for each paper is 15 minutes and 10 minutes for interaction / discussion. The organizers reserve the right to reduce or increase the allotment of time depending upon the number of papers received for presentation.
It is always preferred that the delegates try and present their paper on topic(s) related to gemstone, and jewellery such as diamond, gems and jewellery trade and industry in India or in his/her state.

We request those members who are presenting papers to submit
a copy of their full paper or the synopsis (not exceeding ½
page or 200 words) with the title of the paper on or before 30th
of September, 2005 for the scrutinization by the organizing
committee, failing which the presentation of paper will not be considered.
| ATTENDANCE : |
It
is compulsory for all the delegates to attend all the sessions of paper presentations.
They will not be allowed to remain absent and go for sight seeing during the seminar sessions.
