We have pleasure in announcing the 10th Indian Gemmological Seminar (IGS – 10, 2009) at Munnar in Kerala, one of the most exotic places in India. We have short listed the hotels and have located some of the most beautiful hotels and properties for the 10th IGS.

The proposed programme is as under:-

Munnar	-	21st to 23rd October (3 nights and 4 days) at Ayur County, Munnar the most beautiful and picturesque place in Kerala.
Thekkady	-	24th night stay at Thekkady (1 night and 1 day) (Boat ride at Thekkady Lake, and see the wild life Sanctuary)
Kumarakom	-	25th night (1 night and 1 day) stay on a Houseboat in the back waters of Kerala and feel the heavenly experience on earth.
Departure	-	On 26th Morning to your respective places.

All this is at a throw away price of Rs. 8500/- for triple occupancy and Rs. 9500/- for double occupancy per head. Expenses will include Hotel accommodation and food only. The Travel expenses will be on delegates. Delegates are also allowed to bring their guests at the seminar and the charges will be the same as those for the delegates. In order to take advantage of this special offer at the peak season, we will have to reserve the hotel latest by the end of March 2009.

We therefore request you to kindly return the enclosed intimation form duly filled in so as to enable us to decide and confirm about the programme. Please note that if we are not able to assure a minimum of 100 persons, the hotels will not give us the concessional rate.
